This is a lead teacher position in a 3-K classroom:

Schedule:

·9:15 am-5:00 pm

·Monday to Friday

PTO (paid time off) After the first 3 months, candidate accrues 1.42 days monthly

Work Location: Far Rockaway, Queens (We have a parking lot)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who's caring, passionate and motivated to learn. 

Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement developmentally appropriate and Creative curriculum-aligned weekly unit plans and daily lesson plans.
* Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Collaboratively work with Assistant Teachers.
* Work with parents to promote understanding of the growth and development of their child; effectively communicate with parents, verbally and in writing, throughout the year.
* Maintain accurate record keeping including attendance, developmental progress, and daily health inspections.
* Maintain an organized classroom and take responsibility for the upkeep of the classroom's educational equipment, materials, and appearance.

Qualifications:
