Description:

Full Time Assistant Teachers and Part-Time Teacher Aides responsible for supporting and working collaboratively with and under the direction of Director and Classroom Lead Teacher to complete lesson plans, student record keeping (attendance, observations, assessments, etc) able to utilize DOE systems (ASQ, TSG) and implement DOE curriculum (Creative Curriculum). Willing to promote a positive work environment and Teamwork amongst Assistants all in collaboratively working together as a cohesive team providing an appropriate learning environment, engaging lessons for students of various capabilities and or limitations. Support the Lead Classroom Team in working collaboratively with Site Education/Executive Director, DOE Instructional Coordinator and Social Worker or other support staff and Parents.

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred in Early Childhood Education or related Field. Minimum Requirement is High School Diploma,

Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED

Preferred Education Level: Associate's Degree
