Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that are in line with the preschool curriculum
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for children
- Conduct activities that enhance physical, social, and cognitive development
- Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure individualized learning goals are achieved
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's educational journey
- Maintain an organized and conducive learning space for children

Qualifications:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education and a commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be instrumental in fostering the growth and development of our students.

Skills:
- Proficiency in early childhood education principles
- Experience in working with preschool-aged children
- Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive teaching methodologies
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to plan age-appropriate lessons incorporating various subjects like math, language arts, and science
- Knowledge of child welfare and special education practices
- Competence in standardized testing procedures
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues

Minimum Education Level: Highschool Graduate or GED
Preferred Education Level: CDA Credential
