Lead Teacher

Description:

Qualified candidates must have the ability to write group and individual lesson plans, be able to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, and demonstrate effective team communication skills.  Must be flexible with schedule and a team player.  The candidate will be expected to engage children, model appropriate behaviors, willing to go outside and play and engage.  Possibility of needing to change diapers or change children's clothes, lay out cots, eat family style with children, read books, sing songs, so art, and also be able to work with families to offer a top-quality education.  

Responsibilities:

Cleaning, lesson planning, engaging children, reading, writing, organization, toileting or changing diapers, family style dining, going out side, communicating with parents and working well with other.
