Description:

Holy Cross Head Start is looking for qualified lead teachers who can provide curriculum instruction to preschool students.

Responsibilities:

Teachers deliver effective, high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum and instruction to three and four year old children for a classroom of 14-20 students. Teachers will complete mandatory assessments and screenings of children, meet with parents to discuss progress and individualize learning opportunities for each child to promote growth. Work effectively with colleagues as a team member in planning meaningful lessons and fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Education is a must, Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred with Early Childhood Certification and at least one year preschool teaching experience.

Minimum Education Level: Associate's Degree

Preferred Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
