Description:

Purple Circle Early Childhood Program is seeking an immediate Lead teacher and Education Coordinator for our brand new Infant and Toddler Program. Teachers will be responsible for children ages 13 - 24 months for the hours of 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

The Lead teacher/Education Coordinator shall cooperate with the Director, Assistant Director, assistant teachers and other school personnel in organizing, planning and implementing the educational philosophy and vision of Purple Circle.

The Lead Teacher, utilizing input from the assistant teachers, and his or her own knowledge of child development and early childhood education and observation, shall plan and develop a meaningful curriculum for Infants and Toddlers. This curriculum will incorporate the center’s philosophy and goals.

Qualifications:

BA or MS Ed in Early Childhood Education with certification and 2 years classroom experience required.
