Expanding and Growing your Child Care Program: What does it Entail

The Western NY Leadership Initiative presents our first 2023 Leadership Panel Discussion. Our panel events focus on different aspect of leadership in Early Childhood Education and feature moderated panel discussions with a diverse group of professionals.  This Leadership Panel Discussion will focus on growing and expanding your Early Childhood program.

This in-person panel discussion, “Expanding and Growing your Program: What does it Entail”, will represent diverse pathways in Early Childhood Leadership; and each will share their career pathways, along with how they decided to expand and grow their Early Childhood program. You will hear from various individuals that grew, opened and expanded their Early Childhood programs. In addition to these individuals you we will be joined by an OCFS reprehensive to share their roll in growing, expanding and opening programs.
