Program Support LLC Family Child Care Network is committed to implementing the best early childcare practices based on child development research. We serve with respect and kindness. The Network Program Director is responsible for the day to day management of the network that will lead to the success of fulfilling this mission.

The Network Director is responsible for all aspects of day to day program management and implementation including compliance, audits, supervision, professional development, provider recruitment, family services and enrollment.
 

Responsibilities:

Network Director  is responsibility for the program health and success which includes but is not limited to:
Creating  a positive work environment for network staff 
Encouraging an environment of collaboration and kindness.
Supervising all network office staff which includes setting up trainings.
Recruiting 132 providers to place 790 children in their homes
Collaborating with Education Director is insure that affiliate providers implement best practices
Insuring that materials and resources are sent to the affiliate providers to support them in creating high quality learning environments.
Collaborating with the fiscal manager to insure that accounting and management procedures are followed including revising, comparing and analyzing spending budgets and aligning all spending to pre-approved budgets.
Insuring payroll obligations to staff and affiliate providers are met.

Insure that the network is in compliance with all DOE  contractural obligations, OCFC regulations, Department of Health Regulations.
Insuring that all affiliate providers have signed affiliate agreements and are in compliance with the agreements.
Attending all required Department of Education meeting
Responding promptly to all Department of Education requests
Taking any other steps to insure the success of the network.
 

Qualifications:

Masters of Social Work (“MSW”) or Masters in Education in Early Childhood Education (“MSED”) (required) . Relevant work experience working in family child care and/or infant toddler care (required)
