Description:

Job Duties:

Provide a safe and comfortable setting for children ages 2-2.11.
Dependable and flexible.
Ability to ensure nurturing and positive interaction between children and their environment.
Plan lessons and activities that are age-appropriate to encourage active learning through the physical, social—emotional and cognitive domains.
Active engagement with children as they play, learn and grow.
Work collaboratively with others and take initiatives when necessary.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirement: Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, with 6 months-1 year of experience or
CDA w/1 year of experience working in an early childhood setting, Study Plan Teachers will be considered.
Must pass Mandated Criminal Background Check.

Minimum Education Level: CDA Credential (with credit-bearing certificate)

Preferred Education Level: Associate's Degree
