Teacher Assistant

Description:

• Assist teacher to deliver effective, high-quality Developmentally Appropriate instruction to children 3-5 years old. 
• Assist in creating and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Assist in implementing differentiated instruction to address each learners needs.
• Establish and maintain strong communication lines with all parents and colleagues both verbally and in writing.
• Work effectively as a team member assisting in planning and implementing appropriate meaningful lessons. 
• Be available for open houses, parent-teacher conferences, and other agency events.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Assist in maintaining a neat, clean classroom environment and keep a professional personal appearance.
