As a Lead Teacher, you will:

  • Make every day an adventure in learning.
  • Create fun, out of the box, learning moments that your children will remember for years to come.
  • Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
  • Coach and mentor assistant teachers to develop a strong classroom teaching team.
  • Share with your co-workers the joys of creating a-ha moments with children.

Curriculum implementation (Lesson plans and activities are already prepared for you - just add your own creativity and imagination!)

Assessment and portfolios

Supervision and engagement with children (join them in centers and engage to spark learning!)

Get messy and creative with art and sensory activities


Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field OR CDA in Preschool level

Experience working with Preschool age children in a structured setting

Be patient, kind, loving, positive, energetic and fun!!
