Preschool Teacher

Description:

Our center is looking for a head teacher to work with our 3 years old. Requirements: Must have Bachelor degree in Early Childhood or relate field. Teacher must have a minimum of three years or more experiences working in a childcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and monitor activity programs designed for young children • Lead children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs and preparing craft materials • Must be familiar with creative curriculum Teaching strategies gold • Must have strong computer skills • Prepare and serve snacks • Arrange rooms and furniture for lunch and rest periods • Assist with proper eating, dressing and toilet habits • Submit written observations on children to supervisor • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children • Assist supervisor in keeping records • Maintain day-care equipment and assist in housekeeping duties • Maintain a weekly/monthly planner. Lesson Plans must always be posted and followed. • Attend meetings and workshops to develop and discuss new teaching methods • Create classroom Curriculum for preschool children. • Maintain safe, clean classroom.
