Great Personality energetic creative and passionate about children ability to be innovative and communicate well to staff and superiors as well enjoy the public representation of the Shugah Baybee Child development center.

Responsibilities:

The educational Director will be responsible for training and evaluation of staff. creating educational and child development programs for infants; toddler and preschool children; as well as developing progress reports. Must be able to cover/teach in all classrooms if necessary.

Qualifications:

A Baccalaureate Degree in early childhood education, or related field of study; and
one year of experience as a group teacher, or
child care provider in a childcare service for children under 24 months of age
or six college credits in infant - toddler coursework

Additional Information:

The program is located in Harlem NYC the capacity of the daycare center is 60 children between the ages of 3 months to 4 years old.
