Description:

We are seeking an Infant/Toddler Education Director to join our team! You will assist in the development and supervision of children throughout the whole center although most of the day you will be in our Infant classroom.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
  • Implement creative activities to assist with child development
  • Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
  • Perform a variety of tasks, such as diaper-changing, dressing, feeding, nap time and overseeing play time.

Qualifications:

 

  • MUST HAVE B.A. in Early Childhood Education! We will not interview candidates who do not hold a B.A. in Early Childhood or related field.
  • Previous experience with childcare or other related fields
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
  • Positive and patient demeanor
