We look for Teachers who are extremely passionate, love children and want to be part of an exiting team. Teachers that view teaching as a lifelong craft.

Responsibilities:

As the Assistant, you are in training to become a Lead Teacher. You need to be able and willing to change diapers. The class size is 10 children working with 2 teachers. Our Montessori Toddler classroom utilizes IB Units of Inquiry to shape the works.

In our school, we nurture the talents and skills of our assistant teachers with the intent of promoting them to lead positions. You will share responsibilities with the Lead Teacher and be expected to learn proactively under his/her mentorship and that of the Head of School.

Qualifications:

We love our little ones! The Toddler Lead position requires that you are enrolled in or have completed a Bachelors degree, preferably in a related field, and have at least 1 complete year of experience with children age 24-36 months of age. Montessori training or experience a plus.

We are a Spanish immersion school, and so Spanish fluency is required.
